  1. Authorised Purchases Only: Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from ATLAS Sound & Vision or through our network of authorised dealers.

  1. Proof of Purchase Required: To claim warranty, customers may be asked to provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) from ATLAS or an authorised dealer. Without this, warranty claims will not be recognised.

  2. No Warranty for Parallel Imports: Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, such as those on online marketplaces like Carousell, are considered parallel imports. These products are not covered under our warranty.

  3. Beware of Marketplace Sellers: We strongly advise customers to avoid purchasing from unverified or unauthorised sellers on platforms like Carousell or similar, as we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of these products.

  4. No Warranty on Marketplace Purchases: Please note that we do not recognise warranties for any products bought from these unauthorised sources. 

By purchasing through ATLAS and our authorised dealers, you ensure that your product is covered under our full warranty policy and backed by genuine support.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Locate Your Order Number: You can find this on your invoice, receipt, or confirmation email, depending on whether you purchased online or in-store.
  1. Verify Warranty Validity: ATLAS provides a 1-year warranty on most products. However, please note the following exceptions: 
  • Accuphase: 3 years
  • AudioQuest: Limited 1 year manufacturers warranty, please refer to this link
  • Barco Residential: 3 years
  • Bluesound: 1 year
  • NAD: 2 years, please refer to think link
  • Devialet: 2 years, for more details please refer to this link
  • KEF: 5 years (passive speakers), active/wireless speakers (2 years), please refer to this link
  • GoldenEar Technology: 5 years (speaker drivers and cabinets), 3 years (other electronic components)
  • Tivoli Audio: Limited 1 year warranty, please refer to this link
