ATLAS Warranty
Overview
General Warranty Terms
- ATLAS® provides a warranty for all other products that it imports, distributes and sells (“the Warranty”). No warranty is offered for products not purchases directly from ATLAS®.
- ATLAS® may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts free of charge.
- ATLAS® will not bear any shipping or transportation charges from the Customer to ATLAS®.
- Sale and discounted items are subjected to separate warranty clauses as listed on the product page. These will be based on the individual sale item or the prevailing conditions during the sale, promotion, or special event.
Warranty Start Date
- Warranty periods commence from the date of repair/delivery of the Goods, whichever is earlier.
- If the Goods are replaced, the warranty period shall continue to run from the date of receipt/delivery of the Goods (whichever is earlier).
Warranty Coverage Area
The Warranty is only valid in Singapore, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Authorised Purchases Only
Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from ATLAS Sound & Vision or through our network of authorised dealers.

Proof of Purchase Required
To claim warranty, customers may be asked to provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) from ATLAS or an authorised dealer. Without this, warranty claims will not be recognised.
No Warranty for Parallel Imports
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, such as those on online marketplaces like Carousell, are considered parallel imports. These products are not covered under our warranty.
Beware of Marketplace Sellers
We strongly advise customers to avoid purchasing from unverified or unauthorised sellers on platforms like Carousell or similar, as we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of these products.
No Warranty on Marketplace Purchases
Please note that we do not recognise warranties for any products bought from unauthorised sources, including unauthorised resellers on Amazon, Carousell, Lazada, and Shopee.
By purchasing through ATLAS and our authorised dealers, you ensure that your product is covered under our full warranty policy and backed by genuine support.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Locate Your Order Number: You can find this on your invoice, receipt, or confirmation email, depending on whether you purchased online or in-store.
