Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you ship internationally?

ATLAS currently delivers to addresses within Singapore only.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days. For expedited delivery requests, please contact ATLAS.

How far in advance can I place an order?

ATLAS takes orders up to 4 months in advance. Orders held beyond 4 months will incur storage charges, please contact ATLAS for more information.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All sales are final, and goods sold or supplied are not eligible for returns or refunds, with the exception of products that suffer from out-of-box damage or malfunction.

Order cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after payment has been made. Please contact ATLAS for clarification on order status.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Customers may contact ATLAS to request a change of delivery address. ATLAS also contacts customers to verify shipping address before delivery.

Can I opt for self collection at ATLAS @ Millenia Walk?

Self collection at ATLAS @ Millenia Walk is limited to certain products and requires a 1-2 day transfer from our warehouse. Please contact ATLAS to find out if the product you're interested in is eligible for transfer.

Can I choose store pick-up for a product that doesn’t offer this option?

For products that don’t offer store pick-up through our online store, please contact ATLAS directly to arrange for self-collection.
