At ATLAS, we offer free warranty and tech support with every purchase from us or our authorised partners. We can help you with complex wiring questions or something as simple as how to adjust the volume.

Contact us for your warranty issues

1. Find your order number

You'll find this in your invoice, receipt or confirmation email, depending on whether you purchase online or in store with us.

ATLAS provides free warranty for all our products. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide warranty if you have purchased it from another seller or store.

2. Check if your warranty is still valid

Warranty by ATLAS is generally valid for 1 year, except for the following products:
  • Accuphase: three (3) years
  • KEF Passive Speakers – five (5) years
  • KEF Active/Wireless Speakers – two (2) years
  • Bluesound and NAD – one (1) year
  • Devialet – two (2) years
  • GoldenEar Technology – five (5) years for speaker drivers and cabinets, three (3) years for all other electronic components
  • Barco Residential – three (3) years

3. Bring the product to us

Send your audio equipment to ATLAS Service Centre (address below) and we'll get right to work.

Reach out to our experts from 9.30 am to 5 pm on weekdays. ATLAS Service Centre is closed on weekends and public holidays.
