1600w Dual-Plane Inertially Balanced Subwoofer
Housed within the gorgeous piano-gloss black enclosure are two horizontally-opposed 12˝ ultra-long-throw active drivers and two vertically-opposed 15˝ x 13˝ planar infrasonic radiators, driven by a 1600 watt Class D Digital amplifier. This dual-plane, patented dynamic inertial-balancing preserves and focuses all the energy produced by the transducers. It also enables you to hear all the fine subtle details in your recordings.
With two active drivers separated horizontally in space, as well as two passive radiators separated vertically, the driver to-room coupling is distributed much more smoothly, for in-room bass performance that can’t typically be achieved with a single subwoofer.

Sounded good before run in
Sounds great, works perfectly with my devices through AirPlay, and game consoles through Toslink via an HDMI splitter. App is very convenient as well, well designed and a joy to use for any adjustments.
The Bluesound Node Icon has been excellent performer all round. Very responsive to all my music streaming services, including the USB Thumbdrive I connected via the back of the unit.
I am so glad that Bluesound has retained its touch sensitive feature on the top, now I don’t get any fingerprint smudges all over the main screen which can be very irritating to look at. Its proximity sensor works great too.
Sounds great and delightful on my system which comprises a Rega Brio integrated amplifier and a pair Klipsch horn speakers.

Nice craftsmanship, controls are straight-forward and easy to operate. And for such a small unit, it really sounds good.
Good pricing for this cable bundle but not sure why price was adjusted immediately after I made this purchase? Guess I was lucky to snap it at this price!
